Call us
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm. Emergency water and mold calls are answered 24 hours a day.
Service area: Gainesville and Alachua County, including Newberry, Alachua, High Springs, Archer, and Micanopy. Neighborhoods we work in every week include Haile Plantation, Duckpond, Downtown, Millhopper, Tioga, Jonesville, Pleasant Street, Lincoln Estates, and Sugarfoot. The full list is on our areas page.
What happens when you call
- You describe what you found: a patch, a smell, a leak, a flood. Two minutes is enough.
- We tell you honestly whether it sounds like a licensed job, a wait and watch, or a cleanup you can do yourself.
- If a visit is needed, we book the assessment at a time you pick and quote that fee on the call. No surprises later.
Send a message
Use the form on this page with your name, phone, address of the property, and a short description of the problem. Photos help: keep any pictures of the patch or the leak ready to show when we call you back. We reply within one business day. Form details are used only to answer you; see our privacy policy.
For landlords and property managers
If you manage rentals near the University of Florida or Santa Fe College, say so on the call. Rental jobs run on documentation and tenant notice, and our landlord page shows how we handle both.
For emergencies
Water standing in the home, a burst pipe, a flooded room after a storm: shut off the water if you can do it safely, keep electricity away from standing water, and call us now. Our emergency page lists the first steps while you wait for the crew.
